Kraftmann Facility Engineering and ELV& IT Systems Solutions, We are mainly focus on Annual maintenance contract for all ELV & IT services for high rise building, Hospitals, Metro stations, Shopping Malls, Commercial and Residential Buildings environment that are reliable, efficient, and tailored to the project’s objectives and to the client’s future needs.
Our ELV & IT services include the evaluation, design and maintenance of:
1. CCTV SYSTEM
CCTV (closed-circuit television) is a TV system in which signals are not publicly distributed but are monitored, primarily for surveillance and security purposes. CCTV relies on strategic placement of cameras and private observation of the camera's input on monitors.
2. ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM
Access control is the selective restriction of access to a place or other resource. The act of accessing may mean consuming, entering, or using. Permission to access a resource is called authorization.
3. PARKING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Represents multiple parking technologies beyond revenue and access control, which typically apply to off-street parking facilities. Other systems represented by CPMS include meter revenue systems, Parking guidance systems, systems that track occupancy, and other systems that do not necessarily include access and revenue control.
4. GATE BARRIER SYSTEM
Act as the outermost layer of security. There are different types of barrier gates depending on the purpose it is meant for. A barrier gate is often controlled by a mechanical device called the gate operator, which is a device that mechanically (electromechanical or hydraulic) used to open and close a gate.
5. INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEM
Alarm Systems and Sensors can be installed to alert security personnel when unauthorized access is attempted. Alarm systems work in tandem with physical barriers, mechanical systems, and security guards, serving to trigger a response when these other forms of security have been breached. They consist of sensors including motion sensors, contact sensors, and glass break detectors.
6. INTERCOM SYSTEM
An intercom (intercommunication device), talkback or door phone is a stand-alone voice communications system for use within a building or small collection of buildings, functioning independently of the public telephone network.
7. PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM
As an important part of an Industrial, Commercial or Enterprise environment, PAGA is meant to make announcements during normal operation and in emergency situations. Apart from making announcements, these systems also provide Alarm Notification and method of two way communication between point to point or point to multi-point. PAGA systems should interface with other systems such as telephone (VoIP) or radio to further enhance the operational and functional aspect.
8. AUDIO VIDEO SYSTEMS Taking into account the environment of each installation, we consider all the variables to ensure the quality of the sound is at the highest level. Video and display systems vary across a range of applications and configurations, and depending on the situation, the equipment will follow. The environment and usage will dictate if we will use LEDs, Front Projection, Rear Projection, drop-down, or pop-up lifts. Beyond that, from control centers to digital art presentation systems, video walls are becoming more and more popular.
